ফেরত নীতিমালা

বাংলা:

• পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পরে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে চেক করে নিবেন। পছন্দ না হলে সাথে সাথে ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে ফেরত করতে পারবেন, এর পরে ফেরত বা পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।
• ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
• আমাদের ভুল না হলে ফেরতের কুরিয়ার চার্জ কাস্টমার বহন করবেন।

English:

• After receiving the product, check it in front of the delivery man. If you don't like it, you can return it immediately with pay the delivery charge, after that it is not refundable or exchangeable.
• Delivery charge is non-refundable.
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless it’s our fault
